NEW! The IIA Certification Registry Now Available
LAKE MARY, FL – The Institute of Internal Auditors today announced the development and deployment of The IIA Certification Registry. The IIA Certification Registry is an up-to-date record of individuals who have earned an IIA certification and maintain it by reporting continuing professional education (CPE) to keep their credential active.\
Public registry is a common practice in the credentialing industry and includes only “active” certification holders’ information, such as full name, status, and country. No contact information is included.
Inclusion in the registry is voluntary and individuals can opt-in at the following points of time:
- Upon completion of the certification program
- When the certification holder reports required CPE annually
- Submit a support case from CCMS and request to opt-in
All IIA active certification holders who choose to voluntarily opt-in will be included in the registry, which will be launched in Q3 2020. This is an opportunity for employers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to verify certification and ability to conform with the Standards. Access The IIA Certification Registry.
