New Risk Assurance Guidance Released

The IIA has released a new Practice Guide, Coordination and Reliance: Developing an Assurance Map. It provides readers a high-level overview of developing, using, and updating an assurance map to fully understand what risks are inherent to an organization and who is responsible for monitoring them. The goal is to empower practitioners to expose assurance gaps and duplications, organize risks into categories, and identify sources of risk information, among other things.
