IIA Systems to Undergo Upgrade

The IIA will be deploying system upgrades Monday (14 December 2020) evening, which will take certain services temporarily offline. The websites overall will not be affected. The outage, from 5:30-9:30 p.m. U.S. Eastern, will temporarily affect services including the Certification Candidate Management System (CCMS), My IIA and New User Registration, and the Institute Center.
