Chambers Named to 2018 NACD Directorship 100

​The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) has named IIA President and CEO Richard Chambers to its 2018 Directorship 100, an annual honor that recognizes the most influential leaders in corporate governance. Chambers has appeared on the list numerous times in recent years.

“It is a great honor to be included with so many accomplished governance professionals, board members, and industry leaders,” Chambers said. “While it would be easy to see this as a personal achievement, I see it instead as a reflection of The IIA’s influence on governance in the United States and around the world.”

According to Peter Gleason, NACD president and CEO, “Being selected for this distinguished list signifies that one has achieved the highest level of excellence in his or her profession.”

In its selection of the Directorship 100, the NACD includes among its criteria integrity, informed judgment, and high performance standards.

A Nov. 28 gala in New York City will celebrate the honorees’ achievement, and their profiles will be featured in the November/December 2018 issue of Directorship magazine.
