Overview:

At the beginning of the webinar, CV-Online Marketing Manager Rita Karavaitiene will present an overview of the latest compensation trends in the Baltic region, offering insights into broader labor market developments.

Following that, IIA Lithuania members Gintarė Krivicke and Erika Strazdiene will share the results of a dedicated remuneration survey conducted among internal auditors in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Poland. The presentation will highlight key findings and compare how compensation for internal audit professionals has evolved over the past five years.
