Organizations must implement, strengthen, and continuously monitor rigorous anti-bribery programs. A well-endowed internal audit function can provide assurance and advice on the design, implementation, and effectiveness of an organization\u2019s anti-bribery program, while the governing body and management can focus on such things as tone at the top, values, policies, and procedures.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ms-rteElement-P\">This session will analyze the accountability, actions, and assurance required to prevent, reduce, identify, and address fraud, bribery, and corruption by deliberating on the governance roles of the governing body, management, and internal audit as exemplified by The IIA\u2019s Three Lines Model.
